Given:
I=(2+3t) A

As we know that

I=dqdtdq=Idt

dq=(2+3t)dt

Integrating both side,

q0dq=100(2+3t)dt

q=(2t+3t22)100=2(100)+32×(1000)

q=20+150=170 C

So, option (a) is right.
