Finding the minimum value:

Given that the equation of the curve is y=xex

Differentiating the curve w.r.t. 'x'

dydx=x.ex+ex=exx+1

For minimum value ,dydx=0

∴exx+1=0⇒x=-1

Now, differentiating it again we get

d2ydx2=exx+1+ex=exx+2

At x=-1,

d2ydx2=e-1-1+2=1e>0

At x=-1,⇒d2ydx2>0

Therefore, y is minimum at x=-1.and

ymin=-1.e-1=-1e

Hence, option (A) is the correct answer
