Surface area of a cone=4070 $c m^{2}$

Diameter of its base=70 cm

$∴ R a d i u s (r) = \frac{70}{2} = 35 c m ∴ I t s s l a n t h e i g h t = \frac{S u r f a c e a r e a}{π r} = \frac{4070 \times 7}{22 \times 35} = 37 c m$
