The correct option is A β decay
For c- 14 isotope there is exess neutron.. So the neutron will be ejected giving out Proton and an electron...
That is it is beta - emission.
For O-14 isotope it is deficient in neutrons and rich in protons.. So Proton will be transformed to neutron and positron.
That is positron emission or beta + emission.
