For weak electrolyte,
$α = \sqrt{\frac{K_{a}}{C}}$
Case 1: $0.0114 = \sqrt{\frac{K_{a}}{0.1}}$
Case 2: $α = \sqrt{\frac{K_{a}}{0.001}}$
On dividing both equations we get $α = 0.114$
