When two polynomial are multiplied then the degree of the resultant polynomial would be the sum of the degree of two polynomials.

Here,

The degree of (4x3+2x+3) is 3 and the degree of (3x3+5x4+1) is 4.

Therefore, the degree of the resultant polynomial would be =3+4=7

Hence, the degree of the polynomial (4x3+2x+3)(3x3+5x4+1) is 7.
