Volume of the gold dispersed in 1 L water =md=1.9×10419=1×105 cm3
Radius of gold particle=10 nm=106 cm
Volume=43πr3=43×227×(106)3=4.19×1018 cm3
Number of particles in 1×105 cm3=1×1054.19×1018=2.38×1012
Number of particles in 1 mm3=2.38×1012106=2.38×106
