According to the question i to complete full circle, Only minimum half circle completion is needed.

Apply Energy Comservation at point (1) , (2),

12mv2+kQq4a=12mv2B+kQqa

also VB=0 for minimum velocity of VA

12mv2+qV=0+4Vq

v=6qVm

Hence,option A is correct answer.
