The correct option is D III and IV only
The coordinates of any point on the 2D plane are given in form of (x,y) coordinates where x-coordinate is the coordinates along the X-plane and similarly y-coordinate along the Y plane.

In order to be a point in the 4th Quadrant, the value of x has to be positive and the value of Y should be negative.

Hence the points III and IV are in the 4th Quadrant because they satisfy the above conditions.
