Solution

Boiling point is come from solid to liquid transition and freezing point is come from liquid to solid transition of a material. Generally, the freezing point is same as the boiling point. Thus, from the diagram, the substance B has freezing point or boiling point at 40oC and the temperature range 60oC to 160oC at which the substances B and D can co-exit in liquid state.
