Total surface area of cylinder $=2\pi r(h+r)$
$2\times \frac{22}{7}\times 7(15+7)$
$=2\times 22\times 22$
$=968{cm}^2$
Volume of cylinder $=\pi r^{2}h$
$=\frac{22}{7}\times (7{)}^2\times 15$
$=\frac{22\times 7\times 7\times 15}{7}$
$=2310{cm}^3$
Hence, Total surface area of cylinder is $968{cm}^2$ and Volume is $2310{cm}^3$.
