$\therefore Radius\left(r\right)=7cm$

Curved surface area = 220 $c{m}^2$

$\therefore Height\left(h\right)=\frac{Surfacearea}{2\pi h}$

$=\frac{220\times 7}{2\times 22\times 7}cm=5cm$

$\therefore Volume=\pi r^{3}h=\frac{22}{7}\times 7\times 7\times 5c{m}^3=770c{m}^3$
