The correct option is A $2992$
Diameter of the cylinder $= 28$ cm

$∴$ Radius of the cylinder $= r = \frac{28}{2} = 14$ cm

Height of the cylinder $= h = 20$ cm

Total surface area $= 2 π r (r + h)$

$= 2 \times \frac{22}{7} \times 14 \times (14 + 20)$

$= 2992$ sq.cm
