Radius = 28 / 2 = 14 cm

Height = 20 cm

ii.) Total surface area = 2πr ( r + h )

= 2 x 22 / 7 x 14cm ( 14 + 20 )cm

= 2991.99 $c m^{2}$
=2992 $c m^{2}$
