Diameter of the roller =84 cm

Radius, r=42 cm

length, h=1 m=100 cm

Area of one revolution = Curved Surface area of the cylindrical roller

=2πrh=2×227×42×100=26400 cm2

Area of 500 revolution =26400×500=13200000 cm2=1320 m2 [1 m=100 cm]

Area of playground =1320 m2
