Open in App
Solution

When a wheel rotates then the distance covered in one revolution is equal to the circumference of the circle.
Circumference=πd=227×1.26=22×0.18=3.96 m

Distance covered in 1 revolution is 3.96 m. Hence, total distance covered in 500 revolutions will be,
Total Distance=500×3.96=1980 m
