Diameter of a wheel $= 28$ cm
Radius of a wheel $= \frac{28}{2} = 14$ cm
Distance travelled to make one revolution $=$ Circumference of the wheel $= 2 π r$
$2 π \times r = 2 \times \frac{22}{7} \times 14 = 88$ cm
To make one revolution the wheel has to travel $= 88$ cm
Number of revolutions to travel $352$ m is $= \frac{T o t a l d i s t a n c e t r a v e l l e d}{D i s t a n c e t r a v e l l e d t o m a k e o n e r e v o l u t i o n} = \frac{35200}{88} = 400$
