Given: Diameter of base of cylinder $=14cm$.

$\therefore$ Radius $\left(r\right)=\frac{14}{2}=7cm$.

and Height of cylinder is $h=20cm$.

So, Surface area of cylinder $=2\pi r(r+h)$

$=2\times \frac{22}{7}\times 7(7+20)$

$=44\times 27$

Surface area of cylinder $=1188sq.cm.$

Volume of cylinder $=\pi r^{2}h$

$=\frac{22}{7}\times 7^2\times 20$

$=22\times 7\times 20$

Volume of cylinder$=3080cu.cm$
