Circumfrence of the wheel $=2\pi r$

$=2\times 22\times 4$

$=8\times 22$

$=1.76cm.$

Given that, $=1.76mtr.$

Number of revolutions in 1 minute $=750$

Distance covered $=750\times 1.76$

$=13.92km.$

Distance covered in 60 minute $=13.92\times 60$

$=835.2km/h$

Hence, this is the answer.
