$=0.7\pi m$

distance = $\left(500\right)\left(0.7\pi \right)$

$=1,099m$

Speed = $\frac{distance}{time}=\frac{1,099m}{5\times 60s}$

$=3,66m/s$

$\frac{3.66\times {10}^{-3}}{\frac{1}{60\times 60}hour}km=13.18$ km/hr
