The correct option is C $80$ cm
Let the length of the line be $x$ .
$\frac{3}{4} x - \frac{2}{5} x = 28$
L.C.M. of $4$ and $5$ is $20$ .
$∴ 15 x - 8 x = 28 (20)$
$∴ 7 x = 28 (20)$
$∴ x = 80$
Therefore, length of the line is $80$ cm.
