Solution

The correct option is D 1212%
Simple Interest SI=PNR100

So, SI=64000×2×R100=Rs1280R
When interest is compounded, Amount A=P(1+R100)n

So, A =64000×(1+R100)2=Rs64000×(1+R210000+2R100)=Rs64000+Rs6.4R2+Rs1280R

And CI=AP=Rs6.4R2+Rs1280R
Si, difference CISI=Rs6.4R2+Rs1280RRs1280R=Rs1000

6.4R2=1000

R2=156.25

So, R=252 % =1212 %
