The correct option is A $3.5$ cm
From given figure, we have

$A B = 14$ cm $- 3$ cm $= 11$ cm

$C D = 7.5$ cm $- 0$ cm $= 7.5$ cm

Difference $= A B - C D = 11$ cm $- 7.5$ cm $= 3.5$ cm
