Let's determine the diameter of the outer and the inner circle first.

Diameter = 2 × Radius

Radius of the inner circle = 25 m
Diameter of the inner circle = 2 × 25 m
= 50 m

Radius of the outer circle = 35 m
Diameter of the outer circle = 2 × 35 m
= 70 m

To calculate the difference between between both the diameters, we have to subtract the diameter of inner circle from the diameter of the outer circle.

Difference = 70 m - 50 m
= 20 m

Hence, the difference between the outer diameter and the inner diameter is 20 m.
