Given, P = Rs. 2100 and R = 8%
For T = 2 yr,
$I = \frac{P \times R \times T}{100} = \frac{2100 \times 8 \times 2}{100} = R s . 336 F o r 3 y r, I = \frac{P \times R \times T}{100} = \frac{2100 \times 8 \times 3}{100} = R s . 504$
$∴$ Difference between both interests = 504 - 336 = Rs. 168
