Solution

Let principle amount =x
Simple interest =P×R×T100
P=Principle=x
R=Rate=10% Per annum
T=Time =3 years
S.I=x×10×3100=3x10
Compound interest=Amount Principle
Amount =P(1+R100)T
=x(1=10100)3
=x(1110)3
C.I=1331x1000x
=1331x1000x1000
=331x1000
Difference of C.I and S.I=93
331x10003x10=93
31x1000=93
x=93×100031=3000Rs.
Sum =3000Rs.
