The correct option is C 13 and 10
Let the two numbers be x and y.
Then, xy=3...(i)
and x2y2=69
(xy)(x+y)=69
3(x+y)=69 (from (i))
x+y=23...(ii)
Adding (i) and (ii), we get
2x=26x=13
On putting x=13 in (ii), we get
13+y=23y=10
Hence, the given numbers are 13,10
