Taking log and differentiating and adding all errors as errors are always added and never subtracted, we get
ΔXX=ΔMM+3ΔLL+2ΔTT
=2100+3×3100+2×4100=19100
ΔXX×100=19.
Therefore, maximum percentage error is 19.
