Let length ($l$) $=40cm$
breath ($b$) $=30cm$
height ($h$) $=50cm$

Total surface area $=2(lb+bh+lh)$
$=2(40\times 30+30\times 50+40\times 50)$
$=2(1200+1500+2000)$
$=2\left(4700\right)$
$=9400c{m}^2$
TSA of one tin box $=9400c{m}^2$
TSA of $20$ tin boxes $=9400\times 20=188000c{m}^2=18.8m^2$ [$\because 1m^2=10000c{m}^2$]

Cost of tin $=Rs.20$ per $m^2$
Total cost $=18.8\times 20=Rs.376$
