Length of building $=1.2\times 30$
Length of building $=36$ m
Similarly, Breadth of building $=75\times 30=22.5$ m
Height of building $=30\times 2=60$ m
Thus, dimensions of building are : $36m\times 22.5m\times 60m$

Hence, $x=36$.
