The disagreement between Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha is solved by ______________.
A joint session or joint convention is, most broadly, when two normally separate decision-making groups meet together, often in a special session or other extraordinary meetings, for a specific purpose. All bills other than money bills can originate in either house of the parliament. No bill can become a law unless agreed by both the houses. If there is disagreement, the President may summon both the houses of parliament in a joint meeting. At the joint sitting, issues are decided by a majority of the members of both the houses present and voting.
