The correct option is B 5 D
At first position of lens,
Let distance of lens from object and screen be x and y respectively
x+y=100(1)

At second position of lens, the distance of lens from object and screen shall be y and x respectively.
yx=40 cm(2)
By solving (1) and (2) we get
y=70 cm,x=30 cm
Therfore power of lens
P=1f=1v1u=1y+1x
P=10070+10030=100215 D
