Let the marked price be ₹x
Price after Discount of 10% = $\frac{90x}{100}$
GST of 18% is charged on it.
Total amount to be paid after GST = $\frac{90x}{100}$ + 18% of $\frac{90x}{100}$
$\Rightarrow$ $\frac{9x}{10}+(\frac{18}{100}\times \frac{9x}{10})$ = ₹2124
$\Rightarrow$ $\frac{9x}{10}+\frac{162x}{1000}$ = ₹2124
$\Rightarrow$ $\frac{900x+162x}{1000}$ = ₹2124
$\Rightarrow$ x = $\frac{2124\times 1000}{1062}$ = ₹2000
