The correct option is C ₹2000
Let the marked price be ₹x
Price after Discount of 10% = $\frac{90 x}{100}$
GST of 18% is charged on it.
Total amount to be paid after GST = $\frac{90 x}{100}$ + 18% of $\frac{90 x}{100}$
$\Rightarrow$ $\frac{9 x}{10} + (\frac{18}{100} \times \frac{9 x}{10})$ = ₹2124
$\Rightarrow$ $\frac{9 x}{10} + \frac{162 x}{1000}$ = ₹2124
$\Rightarrow$ $\frac{900 x + 162 x}{1000}$ = ₹2124
$\Rightarrow$ x = $\frac{2124 \times 1000}{1062}$ = ₹2000
