If 2λ + R=3A then find the value of R.

In the given displacement-distance graph, it shows the variation of displacement of a particle of the medium with distance at a given position, when a wave propagates through the medium.

Here, the amplitude A=12 cm and its wavelength(λ)=4 cm

And the given expression is:-

2λ + R= 3A

2×4 cm + R = 3×12 cm

R = 368 = 28 cm
