=5sinπt+12cosπt
=13sin(πt+θ) where cosθ=5/12

Amplitude, A=max(x)=13 cm
Time period, T=2π/ω=2π/π=2 s
Initial phase, α=(x)t=0=θ
α=cos1(5/12)
