Dissociation constant for HA acid is 2.6×103
Dissociation constant for HB acid is 5.3×109
Dissociation constant for HC acid is 1.1×102
Dissociation constant for HD acid is 7.5×105

The strength of an acid is directly proportional to square root of dissociation constants of acids.
So lower the dissociation constant, weaker is the acid.
Among these acids, the weakest will be HB as it has the lowest dissociation constant.
