The correct option is D 5 units
If we join the point (4,3) with the origin, it will make a right angle triangle.

With base BC on x-axis i.e. 4 and height AB parallel to y-axis i.e 3.

And the line joining (4,3) and origin would become hypotenuse.

by Pythagoras theorem,

AC2=AB2+BC2

AC2=(3)2+42=9+16=25

AC=5 units

Distance between origin and the point (4,3) is 5 units.

Hence, option B is correct.
