Given: Line $L_{1} a n d L_{2}$ are parallel.
And the distance of line $A P_{1} = B P_{2}$
Also, Lines $A P_{1} & B P_{2}$ are perpendicular to $L_{1} a n d L_{2}$
So, the perpendicular distance between two parallel lines is the same everywhere.
Hence, correct answer is perpendicular.
