Distance x varies with time t as,

x2=at2+2bt+c ...(1)

Differentiating both side with respect to t,

2xdxdt=2at+2b

xdxdt=at+b ...(2)

Again differentiating,

xd2xdt2+(dxdt)2=a

d2xdt2=a(dxdt)2x

Using equation (2),

d2xdt2=a(at+bx)2x

a=d2xdt2=ax2(at+b)2x3

Using equation (1),

a=acb2x3

ax3

Hence, n=3
