DNA segment, 3' TACATGGCTCCG 5', transcribes one mRNA.

The resulting mRNA would be complementary to the template DNA strand (5' AUGUACCGAGGC 3').

The tRNA molecules that brings the amino acid to the site of protein synthesis, would have anticodons complementary to the mRNA sequence.

Therefore the order of tRNAs would be UAC, AUG, GCU and CCG.
