DNA segment, 3' TACATGGCTCCG 5', transcribes one mRNA. The resulting mRNA would be complementary to the template DNA strand. The tRNA molecules that come in, would have anticodons complementary to the mRNA sequence. Therefore, the tRNA should have nucleotides that are similar to the template DNA sequence. However, Uracil would replace Thymine in tRNA. The order of tRNAs is hence, UAC, AUG, GCU and CCG.
