The documents for registration for a company were filed on 15th July, 2019. The Certificate of incorporation was issued on 1st August 2019. But the date mentioned on the certificate of incorporation was 30 July, 2019. From which date the company be considered to be in existence and the contracts signed will be considered valid?

Dear Student,

The answer will be (a)30 July 2019
Because as per companies act 2013, Frome the date of incorporation mentioned in the certificate of Incorporation, the company would be considered to be in existence and the contract signed by it will be considered valid.
