Frequency of sound when observer is stationary and source is moving towards observer -
v=vo×CCVs

and

Frequency when observer is stationary and source is moving away from observer -

v=vo×CC+Vs

v=vv30×v

v=vv30×v=v+30v30×v

so (B) is the correct answer
