Solution

The correct option is B Cocaine
Cocaine is a natural stimulant obtained from leaves of Erythroxylon coca plant. It is also known as coke or crack. It is a good local anaesthetic. It delays fatigue and excessive dosage can cause hallucinations. It interferes with the transport of dopamine, a neurotransmitter. Dopamine is released in the gap between two neurons i.e. synapse. It transmits nerve signal from one neuron to other. Cocaine binds to receptors of dopamine which are specialised proteins in neighbouring neurons and blocks the transport.
So, the correct answer is 'Cocaine'.
