The correct option is C 3Ω
Two resistors R1 & R2 are joined in parallel and their equivalent
resistance is R=65Ω [consider wines an resistance]
In parallel :-
R=R1R2R1+R2=65Ω(1)
Suppose R1 breaks. Hence only R2 contribution to resistance
R2=2Ω
Put R2 back in (1),
2R1R1+2=65R1=3Ω ans
