The correct option is B 153.6 J
The total surface area of solar cells on which solar energy is falling = area of each cell × number of cells =4×3000cm2=1.2m2
The solar energy falling on 3000 cells
Q1=1.2×640J=768J
The energy converted into electric energy =20100×768=153.6J
The electric energy generated in one second is 153.6J
