Electric field from distance = 100 N/m
R = Radius = 100m
when (r>R)
So E=Kθr2
100=Kθ20×20×104
Kθ=400×102...(i)
and Electric field from centre distance is 3 cm.
(when r<R) E=KθrR3 from (i)equation
=400×102×3×10210×10×10×106
=4×3×102103=120V/m
E=120V/m
