The correct option is A $$20$$ V/m

We know, $$E=-\dfrac{dV}{dx}$$

$$V=5x^2 - 10x-9$$

$$\dfrac{dV}{dx}=10x-10$$

so, $$E=-(10x - 10)$$

For $$x=1 m$$, the value of $$E=-(10 - 10)= 0 V/m$$
