Empirical formula CH2Oweight=12+2+16=30gm
Molecular mass of acid=(Molecular mass of ethyl ester)-(Molecular weight of C2H5)+(Atomic mass of H atom)
=(2×VD)(2×12+5×1)+1
=8829+1=60
Molecular formula=MolecularWeightEmpiricalWeight×EmpiricalFormula
=6030×C(H2O)=C2H4O2
